The Sales Manager is responsible for the list of given customers; Calling and emailing the no answered customers are main responsibility. The Sales Manager at the same time need to check the CMR and change and update the comment constantly. Understanding any of types of customers is one of the goal to approach the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with a team of internal marketing and sales stakeholders as well. Working with database of customers (cold and hot leads), introducing product to the potential customers via phone, converting leads into clients.
- Fluent English
- Generally requires 1-3 years related experience
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt and react fast to changing environment
- Be active, communicative and motivated person
- Experience in telesales is an advantage
